How do I book a property?

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible and standard cancellation options depending on the property and dates. All terms are clearly stated before you confirm — no small print surprises.

Do you manage properties year-round?

Yes. We manage all properties on a 12-month basis. Homeowners have full control over their own use periods and can block out dates at any time.

What does your 10% management fee cover?

Everything — photography, listings, guest comms, check-in/out, full housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and monthly reporting. No hidden extras.

Can I arrange concierge services in advance?

Absolutely — and we recommend it. Restaurant bookings, boat hire, grocery provisioning, and welcome packages are best arranged 2–3 weeks before arrival for peak season dates.

What areas do you cover?
